Leigh works at our front desk. Given the high volume of enquiries made to our reception, the person on the spot needs empathy and enthusiasm. Leigh brings both attributes to the job. Leigh also keeps track of any unsatisfied tenant enquiry and follows up with new properties as they become available.

Sandra Ramsay, Administration
Sandra has been with our company for over ten years and over that time has worked in all areas of the business, from reception to property management. Her administration duties include daily checks on rent payments, twice monthly payouts to landlords, looking after casual listings and supporting the other property managers.

Grant Kelly, Property Manager
Grant is an experienced property manager. He has dealt with both student investment rentals and residential properties. He is experienced in all of areas of management, including handling arrears, arbitration, letting and maintenance. His professional management background will ensure your investment and home are managed better than your could do it yourself.

Maureen Townsend, Property Manager

Maureen has a very strong real estate and property management background. She has been a property manager for over five years and knows the problems landlords can come up against, and the problems tenants can cause. Maureen is dedicated and enthusiastic about working in the property management field and maintains a very effective portfolio.

Karen Olsen, Property Manager
Karen is one of the newest member of the team and brings a fresh, energetic no nonsense approach to the position. Having originally started in property management as a receptionist and later in a property management support position, Karen has learned how to effectively manage property from the ground up.
