How do I view a property?
Being issued a key
Simply come into our office on the ground floor of Philip Laing House on the corner of Princes and Rattray Streets Dunedin and ask to view the property.
Before releasing any keys we will require you to fill out an Information release form and present to us a form of personal identification.
We also require that you leave with us some thing in the way of security before taking the key. In many cases this is just an eftposs card, drivers licence or other item of value. These are returned imediately the key is. All keys are expected back within an hour.
Please be aware that not all properties have the keys available in this way. A pre-arranged appointment time may need to be arranged with one of our staff to view the property.
No keys will be issued before 8:30am or after 4.00pm.
At open homes
If we are holding an open home on a property the information for the time and dates will be included with the property details on our web site or with any news paper advertising we do. Simply visit at the appropriate time and one of our staff will be there to meet you and to answer any questions you may have.
Pre-arranged appointment time
This may be necessary for some of our properties and is easily arranged by contacting our office either by email or phone to arrange a convienient time.
